Mauritania arrival card: do you need one?

Common questions

Do I need an arrival card for Mauritania?

No. Mauritania doesn't ask visitors to fill in an online arrival form before they travel. Most visitors need an eVisa applied for before departure.

Do I still need a visa for Mauritania?

An arrival form is not a visa. Whether you need a visa or an electronic travel authorization depends on your nationality, so check Mauritania's official immigration website or your own government's travel advice.
